| Valid Passport & Its Scan | Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months when applying. |
| Visa Application Form | Complete the visa issuance number application form and leave sections 2, 8.2 - 8.5, and 9 - 11 blank, as these will be filled out by the school. Please DO NOT put your signature. |
| E-2 Applicant's Health Statement Form | Complete the E-2 Applicant's Health Statement form and put the date and your signature. |
| Apostilled South Africa Police Service Police Clearance Certificate by DIRCO | Step 1: Apply for a PCC ONLY from South Africa Police Service. Step 2: Get it apostilled by DIRCO. Please note: both documents should be issued within the past 6 months. |
| Apostilled Bachelor's Degree by DIRCO | Step 1: Apply for a SAQA verification. Step 2. Get it apostilled by DIRCO. Please note: The issue date on both the SAQA and DIRCO Apostille should be within the last 6 months. |
| Resume | 1 copy of your resume. |
| 4 Passport-Sized Photos | Color, taken within the last 6 months. 3.5cm x 4.5cm (approximately 1.4 inches x 1.8 inches). |
| Signed Contracts | 2 copies of signed contract. |
